Description
An introduction to the principles of music and a review of the historical development of the various musical styles, forms, and genres from the Medieval Era through the Renaissance. The student will be expected to listen to and become familiar with a number of works from the standard concert repetoire through an historical survey of Western Music. Offered each semester.
