Description
The text for this course will consist of performance notes and othe rmaterial, which will be distributed during the semester. This course meets one hour per week. All music majors must take this course every semester they are enrolled as a music major. Every music major will perform at least twice in voice and twice in piano per semester. Each performer will write a brief set of performance notes about his/her piece and be prepared to answer questions about composer, style, form and terms, to be presented prior to the performance to their major instructor. The expectations for each student depends on their level in the program, which will be clearly presented in the course syllabus.
