Description

Arranged in conjunction with local social service agencies, this course is an introduction to the structure and function of social service agencies, and to the duties of sociology practitioners. Students are expected to spend eight (8) hours weekly in the field and to participate in a one-hour discussion period on campus. Permission on instructor is required for registration. Prerequisite: SOCG113 and SOCG 123, junior standing, and permission of the instructor.
