Before your first term at PSU, you will receive several emails from the CITS department. One email will include your login information to email and JICS. The second email will include your password to each system. If you did not receive these emails, or if you forgot your password and have not set up DUO, please complete the Help Desk form. Be sure to include your personal email address on the form along with a description of the problem.

Step 1: Set Up Your Account Password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Visit the following link: Philander SSP.
- Enter your username provided below to create a new password and set up MFA.
Step 2: Login to the DUO SSO Portal
- After setting up your password and MFA, visit the SSO portal: Philander SSO Portal.
- Use your new password and MFA to log in.
JICS
JICS is our Student information system and eLearning website. From this website, you can access your classes, check your schedule, review your degree plan, download an unofficial transcript, and much more.
To log into JICS, the username and password are different than your email account. We recommend that you change your initial JICS password.
Forgot your JICS Password?
- Go to the JICS home page.
- At the top of the page, click on the link 'I forgot my password'.
- On the next page, enter your PSU email address.
- Check your PSU email account for an email with a link to change your JICS password.
- Once you have changed your password, log into JICS using your PSU ID number as your username and your new password.
- If you need additional assistance or do not receive the email, please complete the Help Desk form.
How to change your JICS Password?
- Log into JICS with the username and password provided.
- Go to My Profile to reset your password
- Save your password to your phone or computer.
- When you log into JICS next, use the new password.
NetPartner
NetPartner is our Financial Aid website. Once you have completed your FAFSA, you can create an account on NetPartner and manage your awards. If you forgot your password to NetPartner, you can use the forgot password link or contact the Financial Aid office for assistance.
