Please complete the form below to confirm your attendance during the 2025-2026 Academic Year, beginning Fall 2025.  The Office of Student Accounts is awaiting to assist you. Once the form has been successfully submitted, someone from our office will contact you about the next step(s) (i.e. clearance issues, establishing a payment plan or discuss missing documents).

Next Steps

• The Business Office can not process your request until your FAFSA has been processed and your financial aid award has been accepted.
• If you have not already done so, please complete your 2025-2026 FAFSA application (FAFSA® Application | Federal Student Aid).
  • It will take the Office of Financial Aid several days to process your application.
  • Be sure to complete this form as soon as possible.
• To check the status of your financial aid application and award, log into your NetPartner account.
  • Submit any missing documents.
  • Accept your financial aid award once it is available.
  • For help with NetPartner or questions about your awards, please contact the Financial Aid office at financialaid@philander.edu.
• For assistance with your PSU email or JICS account, please contact the CITS office by completing a help desk ticket.
